- 入力および出力整合回路を有し、集積回路化さ
れたマイクロ波増幅部と、前記マイクロ波増幅部
の出力側に接続された複数の抵抗で形成されたマ
イクロ波分岐部と、前記マイクロ波分岐部の分岐
側に接続された検波用ダイオードと、前記検波用
ダイオードを介して印加されたバイアス電圧の帰
線をなすコイルを含む並列共振回路部とを備えた
ことを特徴とするマイクロ波増幅器。
