Other performance requirements include strength, fire protection, durability, ventilation, heat insulation, light weight, economy, and construction, but high waterproof performance is the most important.

Since the tiles are installed by stacking them on top of each other, the height of the water return is limited, and there is a structural drawback that the roof tiles are only about 5mm high. be. However, despite this drawback, the inventor of the present invention has developed a cross tile that has substantially improved the height of the water return by providing a horizontal part at the base of the water return, in other words, creating a structure in which the base of the water return is scraped away. I'm avoiding it.

We have developed a backwater prevention tile with ridges.

It is. Secondly, this protrusion has the effect of also functioning as a snow stopper in snowy areas.

Furthermore, in snowy areas, snow accumulates on the protrusions 2, which also serve as a snow stopper.

This prevents rainwater from getting caught up in the water. In addition, even with a normal amount of rainfall, the groove 3 provided in the weir 7 distributes the rainwater to the left and right, so that it can flow out uniformly without concentrating on the deepest part of the main body 5.

This is because when there is a notch on the back side of the head of the main body 5, that is, when the main body 5 has a recessed part 4 that is hung on a crosspiece to be used as a tile without crosspieces, the strength of this part can be increased by providing the weir 7. It has the effect of being able to.

極めて有益な効果を有するものである。 As described above, the backwater prevention tile according to the present invention can distribute rainwater that concentrates at the deepest part of the main body to the left and right by the protruding part having a wall surface with the letter C in plan view on the curved part of the head surface. It is possible to prevent rainwater from being drawn in from the tip of the head of the head, and the square-shaped grooves dug in the rectangular weir on the surface of the head temporarily dam up rainwater in this area, allowing rainwater to flow out from the weir evenly. Therefore, it is possible to prevent rainwater from getting caught up from the tip of the head of the tile, and even in normal rainfall, the grooves installed in the weir can distribute rainwater to the left and right. It also increases the strength of the main body and is suitable for use in snowy areas. Even when used as is, it can trap even a small amount of snow, and has the function of a snow stopper.Furthermore, the protrusion or weir can act as a foothold when working on the roof, preventing workers from falling off. This has the extremely beneficial effect of improving construction safety.
