Claims (1)
- 加工材の表面を加工ヘツドの高さ基準とする加
工ヘツドの高さ基準装置において、基準板の下面
に多数のエア噴出孔を設け、このエア噴出孔を常
時はスチールボールで閉ざすと共に、加工材の表
面と接したスチールボールは上方へ押圧されて、
エア噴出孔の周壁との間に隙間が生じてエアを噴
出させる加工ヘツドの高さ基準装置。
