Claims (1)
- 一つの駆動軸２に第１のポンプ５ａと第２のポ
ンプ５ｂとが共通の駆動軸２を備え、第１のポン
プ５ａの吐出口１６と第２のポンプ５ｂの吸入口
２６が管路２７により連通されている多連式往復
ポンプにおいて、第１のポンプ５ａのポンプ室１
２ａの容積が第２のポンプ５ｂのポンプ室１２ｂ
の容積より大きくされ、前記管路２７に、第１の
ポンプ５ａにより加圧供給された液体を透過する
透過装置２８が設けられ、この透過装置２８によ
り透過された液体が前記第２のポンプ５ｂにより
吸入され加圧吐出されることを特徴とする多連式
往復ポンプ。
