Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 空気を所望圧力に圧縮する圧縮機と、圧縮空気
    中の水分等を除去する乾燥装置とを有する圧縮乾
    燥空気供給手段と、該圧縮乾燥空気供給手段に連
    設された分岐管に、それぞれ弁、流量計とを備え
    た複数の乾燥空気分配手段と、前記複数の乾燥空
    気分配手段にそれぞれ連設され、供給乾燥空気を
    低温液化ガスに冷却するための熱交換器を有する
    低温空気発生手段と、低温液化ガスの貯蔵容器お
    よび該貯蔵容器内の低温液化ガスを分岐して前記
    各低温空気発生手段へ供給する低温液化ガス供給
    手段とを備えたことを特徴とする低温空気発生装
    置。
