- ケース本体の下部及び側部にそれぞれ設けられ
た複数の下部リード端子及び複数の側部リード端
子を有するＩＣケースと、補助ソケツト本体の側
部に前記各側部リード端子にそれぞれ対応する位
置に設けられた接触子及び前記各接触子に接続さ
れ補助ソケツト本体の下部から突出して設けられ
た補助ソケツトリード端子を有する補助ソケツト
との組合せからなることを特徴とする集積回路装
置。
