- 半導体集積回路装置の各ピンが挿入されるコン
タクトが配列されたフレームを設け、前記コンタ
クトのうち所定のコンタクトと電気的に接続され
た導体部を前記フレーム上に設け、前記半導体部
と接触しかつ挿入された前記半導体集積回路装置
を覆うカバーを設けたことを特徴とする半導体集
積回路装置ソケツト。
