    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 作業台上方の天井部に高性能エアーフイルター
    を装着し、該エアーフイルターに空気を圧送する
    ための送風機室をエアーフイルター上方に設け、
    作業台およびその周辺に排気口を設けて作業空間
    を排気フアン付き排気ダクトに連通させ、送風機
    室を排気ダクトに連通させて連通口にダンパーを
    取り付け、送風機室の空気取り入れ口にタンパー
    を取り付けたことを特徴とする安全キヤビネツト
    。
