Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) パーキングブレーキを作動するための操作
    レバーと、 この操作レバーを回転自在に支持し、係合歯を
    外周に有する固定されたセクターと、 前記操作レバーに回転自在に支持され、前記セ
    クターに係合可能な爪部材と、 操作レバーのグリツプ部に出没自在に配置され
    た操作ノブと、 この操作ノブの移動によつて前記爪部材を係合
    位置と非係合位置とに回動変位させる伝達部材と
    、 前記操作ノブを突出付勢することで爪部材を常
    時係合するように付勢する付勢部材と、 を含み、 前記爪部材は、付勢部材の係合付勢力が伝達部
    材を介して作用する第１の係合部と、操作ノブの
    押動力が伝達部材を介して作用する第２の係合部
    と、これら第１の係合部および第２の係合部の間
    に位置し、爪部材の回転中心に対して所定の曲率
    半径を有する曲面ガイド部とを有し、 かつ、前記伝達部材は、曲面ガイド部との接触
    部が操作ノブの軸線方向と平行になる状態で配置
    されていることを特徴とするパーキングブレーキ
    操作装置。 (2) 前記伝達部材が、第１の係合部に対し点接
    触の状態で当接する実用新案登録請求の範囲第１
    項記載のパーキングブレーキ操作装置。 (3) 前記第１の係合部および第２の係合部の少
    なくとも一方に、前記伝達部材の上方への移動を
    規制する係止部を設けた実用新案登録請求の範囲
    第１項または第２項記載のパーキングブレーキ操
    作装置。 (4) 前記第１の係合部に作用する回動作用点か
    ら爪部材の回転中心までの腕長さ１と、前記回
    転中心からセクターと爪部材との係合作用点まで
    の腕長さ２との関係を、 １＜２ とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項、第２項
    または第３項記載のパーキングブレーキ操作装置
    。
