Description
［産業上の利用分野Ｊ
本発明は、十分な強度を有するシーツ、布団カバー等の

【従来の技術］
従来、第８図に示される布団カバー１０．布団襟カバー
１１．シーツ１２、枕カバー１３．さらに、第９図に示
されるタオルケット１４．第１Ｏ図に示される車輌、船
舶、航空機、映画館、劇場等で用いられる座席カバー１
５等の寝装具を複数枚の紙あるいは繊維から成るシート
で構成しようと試みられたことがある。
【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、上述の従来例は使い捨て用に紙等で構成するた
め、ＦＭれ易く強度上も問題点があった。
さらに、ホテル等において客の持ち帰り可能な寝装具と
して用いられた場合に、特に表示がないため宣伝効果を
発揮することができないという問題点かあった。
そこで、本発明は上述の問題点を解決するために提案さ
れたもので、使い捨て用に紙等で構成しても十分な強度
を有し、さらに、宣伝等を表示できる寝装具を提供する
ことを目的とする。
［課題を解決するための手段１
本発明は１紙あるいは繊維から成るシートから構成され
、該シート間、該シート内あるいは該シート面上に糸を
複数本設け、該シート面−Ｆに表示を施したことを特徴
とする寝装具である。
［作用］
本発明によれば、紙あるいは繊維から成るシートから構
成され、該シート間、該シート内あるいは該シート面上
に糸を複数本設けるため、十分な強度を有する。さらに
、シート面上に表示を施すため、宣伝等を表示でき、持
ち帰り客等に宣伝効果を発揮できる。
〔実施例１
以下、本発明を図面を参照してその実施例に基づいて説
明する。
第１図は本発明を構成するシートの部分断面を含む平面
図、第２図は第１図のＡ−Ａ矢視図、第３図は第１図の
Ｂ−Ｂ矢視図である。
さらに、第４図は第２図の拡大図、第５図は第３図の拡
大図で、重ね合わされた複数枚の紙あるいは繊維から成
るシート１間に糸２ａ、２ｂがほぼ平行に複数本設けら
れる。
さらに、第８図に示される布団カバー１０、布団環カバ
ー１１、シーツ１２、枕カバー１３．さらに、第９図に
示されるタオルケット１４．第１Ｏ図に示される座席カ
バー１５等の寝装具を構成するシート１面上に宣伝等の
表示２０が施される。
また、１枚のシートｌ内に糸２ａ、２ｂが内蔵される構
成でも良い。
この糸２ａ、２ｂはシートｌの両面あるいは片面トに設
けても良い。
本実施例では縦糸２ａと横糸２ｂとから成るが、いずれ
か一方のみで構成しても良い。
横糸２ｂは圧着部４で圧着されるが圧着されなくても良
い。
この糸２ａ、２ｂは難燃性の金属で構成しても良い。こ
の場合は上述の防炎剤を含浸させる必要はない。
シート１が縮むことにより複数本の糸２ａ。
２ｂ間にはしわ３が形成される。
しわ３はクツションとなり、肌触りも良くなり、汗も良
く吸収する。さらに、保温性も良く床ずれも防止される
。
さらに、第６図に示される本発明の寝装具を構成する他
のシートｌのように、シート１の両面あるいは片面に合
成繊維等から成るシート５を貼っても良い。
さらに、第７図に示される本発明を構成する他のシート
ｌのように、シートｌの糸２ａ、２ｂは直線状ではなく
曲線状に設けても良く、その形状は特に限定されない。
また、本発明の寝装具を構成するシートｌは。
重ね合わされたＷＩ数枚あるいは１枚の紙あるいは繊維
から成り、リン酸アンモニア系化合物、窒素系化合物、
あるいは、硫黄系化合物のいずれかの成分が含浸される
。
これらの成分は１例えば、有機リン高分子、有機重合リ
ン化合物、Ｍ合すン酸エステル、有機リン酸化合物、無
機リン酸化合物、有機窒素含有硫黄化合物、有機窒素含
有リン化合物、リン硼素化合物、リン窒素化合物等が用
いられる。
また、シートｌは所要部がパラフィン系ワックスあるい
はラミネートで被覆されても良い。
シートｌはパラフィン系ワックスあるいはラミネートに
より防水性を有する。
これによりシートｌの所要部のみが防水性を有し、シー
トｌを敷布として用いた場合に、シートｌ全部をパラフ
ィン系ワックス等で被覆しないため、布団の湿気が抜は
易く、さらに、シートＩで布団を包むように折り曲げて
も布団との摩擦力によりずれが防止される。
さらに、シートｌは全部あるいは所要部がパラフィン系
ワックスあるいはラミネートで１１！ｔｍされ、水分は
表面張力により通過しないが空気は通過する複数の孔部
が設けられても良いにれにより、シートｌの所要部がパ
ラフィン系ワックス等で被覆されると湿気抜きが容易と
なり、布団の湿気が抜は易い。
シートｌの全部がパラフィン系ワックス等で被覆される
と寝たきり老人等の多量の排泄物にも対応でき、湿気抜
きが容易となり、布団の湿気が抜は易い。
さらに、香料等を含浸させても良い。
また、シートｌに色彩を施しても良いことはもちろんで
ある。
なお１本発明の寝装具は第８図、第９図、第１Ｏ図に示
される布団カバーＩＯ等に限定されず１例えば１図示さ
れない寝装、テーブルクロス等のシートｌから構成され
る全ての寝装具な含む。
［発明の効果］
本発明は以上説明したように、使い捨て用に構成しても
十分な強度を有し、肌触りも良く、汗も良く吸収する。
また、保温性も良く床ずれも防止されるという効果を奏
する。
また、シート面上に表示を施すな・め、宣伝等を表示で
き、持ち帰り客等に宣伝効果を発揮できる。
さらに１本実施例は、防災性および防水性を有する。
また、糸にのみ防炎剤が含浸されるか、あるいは、防炎
剤を用いずに糸自体が難燃性金属から構成されるため、
