Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 センサ本体部が案内管に挿入される渦電流形温
    度・流速計において、 シース熱電対と、該シース熱電対の周面を囲ん
    で設けられた円筒状の渦電流センサと、該渦電流
    センサに一端が接続され前記熱電対に平行に該熱
    電対を中心に放射状に設けられた複数のＭＩケー
    ブルと、該ＭＩケーブルと前記シース熱電対とが
    移動自由に貫通される柱状の所要数の止め金具と
    、該止め金具の少なくとも１個毎に前記シース熱
    電対に設けられ該止め金具の移動を規制する固定
    金具と、前記円筒状の渦電流センサ内部に一端が
    連通され他端が前記止め金具に係止され前記渦電
    流センサ内部を真空脱気した後に不活性ガスを該
    渦電流センサ内部に封止する封止パイプとを備え
    るセンサ本体部を具備したことを特徴とする渦電
    流形温度・流速計。
