    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 大量のガスを流す主管路に設けた圧力調整器に
    小流量のバイパス管路を設け、このバイパス管路
    にオリフイスおよび小型圧力調整器を設けて主管
    路にガスが流れたときバイパス管路にも必ずガス
    が流れるようにし、さらに、このバイパス管路に
    圧力センサを設けてオリフイスの前後の差圧がゼ
    ロ近くになつたとき信号を出すようにした微小流
    量検知装置。
