Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 貫通穴を有し主流路に設けられている仕切り
板、この仕切り板に対して回転摺動して仕切り板
の貫通穴の開度を制御する可動板、この可動板を
仕切り板に対して回転摺動させるアクチユエータ
、および仕切り板の貫通穴の両側における圧力の
差からあるいは仕切り板の貫通穴に対して並列な
バイパス流路の流量から主流路の流量を検出する
流量計を有していることを特徴とする、流量測定
装置。 ２ 貫通穴に対して並列なバイパス流路の流量を
検出する流量計が、流量に応じて揺動角を変化す
る抵抗板をもつ抵抗板式流量計であることを特徴
とする、実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の流
量測定装置。
