The method for attaching a rod-shaped body to a concrete wall according to the present invention is as follows:
The other side of the synthetic resin sheet with many anchors protruding from one side is attached to the formwork to construct the formwork for the wall, and then concrete is poured into the formwork and after it hardens, it is made into a female mold. to form a concrete wall. The rod-shaped body is inserted through the synthetic resin sheet into a through hole made in the concrete wall. This through hole may be opened in advance in the concrete wall, or may be opened after mold release.A short flange tube is inserted into the rod-shaped body inserted into the zero through hole. The flange short tube is made of synthetic resin and has a short tube portion and a flange portion, and the short tube portion is inserted into the rod-shaped body. Furthermore, it is characterized in that the short tube portion of the flanged short tube and the rod-shaped body, and the flanged portion and the synthetic resin sheet are closely bonded to each other.

Next, a flanged short tube made of synthetic resin having a short tube portion and a flange portion is inserted into the rod-shaped body, and the short tube portion, the rod-shaped body, and the flanged portion and the synthetic resin sheet are tightly joined. Alternatively, without using the short flange tube as described above, place the bent part of the synthetic resin sheet of the penetrating part of the rod-shaped body into a cylindrical shape and apply it to the outer periphery of the rod-shaped body, and then attach a band to the outer periphery of the bent part. The bent part and the rod-shaped body may be tightly joined by tightening the rod-shaped body. After the rod-shaped body is joined to the synthetic resin sheet in this way, concrete is poured into the formwork, and after the concrete hardens, the rod-shaped body is tightly joined. It is characterized by being molded.

The method for attaching a rod-shaped body to a concrete wall according to the present invention is as follows:
The first method is to cover the surface of a concrete wall such as a concrete liquid storage tank or a concrete pipe for factory drainage with a synthetic resin sheet to prevent corrosion, and to attach a rod-shaped body such as a pipe or step. As shown in the figure,
First, a synthetic resin sheet 2 having a large number of anchors 3 protruding from the inner surface of the formwork 1 is attached to assemble the formwork 1 of the wall body.
is made of, for example, a plywood board, etc., and is assembled in the same way as a normal formwork by distributing it at intervals of H on the wall, but at this time, the synthetic resin sheet 2 can be peeled off on the inner surface of one formwork l by appropriate means. Although not shown, it is also possible to assemble the formwork by attaching a synthetic resin sheet to the inner surface of both formworks.
The synthetic resin sheet 2 is made of a thermoplastic resin such as polypropylene or polyethylene, and has a large number of anchors 3 integrally protruding from one side thereof. The other side of this synthetic resin sheet 2 is attached to the formwork 1, a formwork is assembled, and a paper tube 4 is passed between the two formworks 1 and fixed.Next, concrete is poured into the formwork 1. After the concrete is poured and hardened, it is released from the mold to form a concrete wall 5 as shown in FIG. Since the synthetic resin sheet 2 is attached to the wall surface of this concrete wall 5, the wall surface of the concrete wall 5 is covered with the synthetic resin sheet 2, and this synthetic resin sheet 2 prevents the concrete wall surface from rotting due to chemicals or the like. The anchor 3 is buried in the concrete wall 5, so the concrete wall 5
prevents it from peeling off from the wall. Also, one paper cylinder 4 is removed and a through hole 6 is opened in the concrete wall 5. This through hole 6 may be opened using a drilling machine such as a drill after the mold is released.Furthermore, as shown in FIG. The rod-shaped body 7 is filled with a short flange tube 8. As the rod-shaped body 7, a synthetic resin cladding tube is shown. Further, the flange short tube 8 is made of synthetic resin and has a short tube section 9 and a flange section 10, and the short tube section 9 is inserted into the rod-shaped body 7. Then, the short tube portion 9 of the short flange tube 8, the rod-shaped body 7, the flange portion 10, and the synthetic resin sheet 2 are closely joined to each other. These close connections are made using adhesive or by welding. In this way, at the attachment part of the rod-shaped body 7, the rod-shaped body 7 and the synthetic resin sheet 2 are connected to the short flange tube 8.
This prevents fluid from entering the concrete wall 5 from this part.

Further, as shown in FIG. 4, a synthetic resin sheet 2 having a large number of anchors 3 protruding from the inner surface of the form 1 is attached to form the wall form 1. At this time, the form 1 and the synthetic resin A rod-shaped body 7 such as a step is penetrated through the sheet 2. Next, on the inner surface of the formwork 1, a synthetic resin flanged short tube 8 having a short tube portion 9 and a flanged portion lO is inserted into the rod-shaped body 7. . Then, the short tube portion 9 of the short flanged tube 8, the rod-shaped body 7, the flanged portion lO, and the synthetic resin sheet 2 are closely joined. This flange short tube 8 is the same as that shown in FIG.
By welding or the like, or without using the short flange tube 8 as described above, the synthetic resin sheet 2 of the penetrating portion of the rod-shaped body 7 is bent into a cylindrical shape inside the formwork l, as shown in FIG. , the bending part! 1 is placed on the outer periphery of the rod-shaped body 7 and adhered using an adhesive. Furthermore, a band 12 is attached to the outer periphery of the bent portion 11.
The bent portion 11 and the rod-shaped body 7 are tightly joined by tightening. After doing this, concrete is poured into the formwork 1, and after the concrete has hardened, it is released from the mold. Then, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the anchor 3 of the synthetic resin sheet 2
is embedded in the concrete wall 5 so that the synthetic resin sheet 2 is not peeled off from the wall surface of the concrete wall 5, and the wall surface of the concrete wall 5 is covered with the synthetic resin sheet 2.

In addition, the base end of the rod-shaped body 7 is buried in the concrete wall 5, and the rod-shaped body 7 is firmly attached. In the case of FIG. and the synthetic resin sheet 2 are watertightly joined by a short flange pipe 8, and in the case of FIG. Since they are joined, fluid will not infiltrate into the concrete wall 5 from the attachment portion of the rod-shaped body 7.

As described above, according to the present invention, a rod-shaped body can be firmly attached to a concrete wall. A synthetic resin sheet is attached to the wall surface of the concrete wall so as not to peel off and cover the wall surface, so the concrete wall will not be corroded by fluids such as chemicals. Since the body and the synthetic resin sheet are watertightly joined, fluid is prevented from entering the concrete wall from this part, and corrosion of the concrete wall due to fluid penetration can be completely prevented.
