Claims (1)
- 光フアイバから出射する被測定光を受光素子に
入射し、前記受光素子からの出力電流を電圧に変
換する電流電圧変換回路を有する光パワーメータ
において、前記受光素子は前記光フアイバとの距
離をＬ、受光部の半径をＲとしたときＬ＝３Ｒ程
度の位置に配置し、被測定光の光軸に対して前記
受光素子を５〜１３°傾けて配置するとともに、
前記電流電圧変換回路は差動増幅器を入力段とす
る演算増幅器を備え、前記演算増幅器のオフセツ
ト電圧温度係数を０にする第１の調整手段と、前
記演算増幅器の入力に直流電圧を印加することに
より前記受光素子のバイアス電圧を０にする第２
の調整手段を備えたことを特徴とする光パワーメ
ータ。
