Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 音響レンズおよびこの音響レンズに付着さ
    れた振動子を備え、この振動子の励振により一点
    に集束する超音波ビームを放射する超音波探触子
    において、前記振動子を、音響レンズの中心に配
    置された振動子と、この振動子の中心に関して対
    称位置に配置された２つの振動子を一組とする複
    数組の振動子とで構成したことを特徴とする超音
    波探触子。 (2) 請求項(1)において、前記各振動子は、圧電
    素子およびこの圧電素子の両面に設けられた電極
    で構成されていることを特徴とする超音波探触子
    。 (3) 請求項(2)において、前記圧電素子および一
    方の電極は前記各振動子毎に分割され、前記電極
    の他方は共通の電極とされていることを特徴とす
    る超音波探触子。 (4) 請求項(2)において、前記電極の一方は前記
    各振動子毎に分割され、前記圧電素子および前記
    電極の他方は前記各振動子に共通に用いられるこ
    とを特徴とする超音波探触子。
