- 保冷容器と、この保冷容器内に吊り下げられた
サンプルホルダと、保冷容器に液体ヘリウムを供
給する液体ヘリウム供給手段とから構成される超
電導試料冷却装置において、サンプルホルダのま
わりに輻射シールド板を配置したことを特徴とす
る超電導試料冷却装置。
