用の素子を配置して成る表面弾性波装置において
、該表面弾性波素子は金属ケースでシールドされ
、入力整合用素子と出力整合用素子が該表面弾性
波素子を挟んで反対側に、配線基板の同一表面に
配置されたことを特徴とする表面弾性波装置。 (2) 該入出力整合用の素子としてインダクタを
含む請求項第１項記載の表面弾性波装置。
