- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 表面波用圧電基板の一方の板面に入出力用
の交叉電極が配置され他方の板面をベース表面上
に固着した弾性表面装置において、前記ベース表
面と前記表面波用圧電板の他方の板面との接続領
域を、該表面波用圧電板の表面積Ｓに対し０．５
Ｓ以内として接着剤により固着したことを特徴と
する弾性表面波装置。 (2) 第１項記載の実用新案登録請求の範囲にお
いて、前記ベース表面と前記表面波用圧電板の他
方の板面との固着される部分を、該表面波用圧電
板の略中央部としたことを特徴とする弾性表面波
装置。
