Conventionally, there are the following problems when drilling such spinning holes. For example, the diameter of the spinning hole is
When the thickness of the spinneret material is 0.5mm and the thickness of the spinneret material is 1.0mm, when drilling a hole with a drill, scratches will occur on the wall of the spinning hole, so the stock solution will stick and grow in the recesses of the scratches during spinning, and this will cause the spinneret material to grow. The surface of the dyed thread is scratched, resulting in uneven coloring when dyed.
In addition, when drilling holes with a drill, the diameter of the spinning hole generally varies by about 0.05 mm, so
Naturally, the resulting yarn has denier unevenness and is of extremely poor quality as a spinneret.

For this reason, by first drilling a base hole with a drill and then finishing the base hole, the variation in the hole diameter of the spinning hole and the roughness of the wall surface of the spinning hole are improved, but compared to the conventional processing method. Similarly, since machining is performed several times, problems arise with tools, machining man-hours, and tool positioning during machining.

The present invention was developed in view of the above circumstances, and it eliminates the need to replace tools during production, prevents tools from being misaligned, prevents tools from breaking, and provides a smooth wall surface with no scratches caused by tools. It is an object of the present invention to provide a method for manufacturing a spinneret having spinning holes having the same diameter over the entire length without any variation in hole diameter.

The method for manufacturing a spinneret according to the present invention will be described below. A hole with a depth l is formed on the upper surface of the spinneret material using a cylindrical punch tool with a flat tip, and then the punch tool is inserted into the hole at a distance of Return by α, then use the punch tool to drill a hole with a depth of l to make the hole deeper by l, then move the punch tool back within the hole by a distance α, and repeat this process sequentially. The hole is deepened until finally it penetrates the thickness of the spinneret material to form a spinning hole having the same diameter over its entire length. A large number of spinning holes are formed throughout the spinneret material to obtain a spinneret.

In the method for manufacturing a spinneret of the present invention, the reason why the holes are punched many times to gradually deepen them is that the holes are punched several times to gradually deepen the holes. When punching through, a work-hardened layer is formed around the periphery of the spinning hole, and this tendency is particularly pronounced when the spinneret material is austenitic, transforming into martensitic material, resulting in breakage of the punch tool and damage to the spinning hole. This is because the wall surface of the hole becomes rough and crumbly.

The reason why holes are formed using a punch tool with a flat tip is to minimize the processing area for the spinneret material. This is because the processing area becomes large, and therefore the work-hardened layer becomes large, leading to breakage of the punch tool and roughening of the wall surface of the spinning hole.

A hole with a depth of 0.06 mm and a diameter of 1 mm was punched into the upper surface of a spinneret material made of austenitic stainless steel with a thickness of 1 mm and a diameter of 300 mm using a cylindrical cemented carbide punch tool with a flat tip of 1 mm in diameter. Next, the punch tool was pulled up and returned by 0.03 mm inside the hole, and then a hole was drilled to a depth of 0.06 mm using the punch tool to make the hole deeper. The punch tool was pulled up by 0.03 mm and returned to its original position, and this process was repeated to gradually deepen the hole. At the 17th time, a spinning hole with the same diameter was punched through the thickness of the spinneret material over its entire length. Then, 30,000 of these spinning holes were drilled through the entire spinneret material to obtain a spinneret.

However, when the spinning holes of the spinnerets of these examples and conventional examples were inspected, it was found that the walls of the spinning holes of the conventional spinnerets were rough and uneven due to scratches caused by the drill, and the hole diameter of the spinning holes was 0.05 mm. In contrast, the wall surface of the spinning hole of the spinneret in the example was smooth and had no scratches caused by the punch tool.
Furthermore, there was almost no variation in the diameter of the spinning holes. When wet-spun with the spinnerets of these examples and conventional examples, the yarn spun with the conventional spinneret had uneven denier, and the surface of the yarn was scratched, resulting in color discoloration when dyed. In contrast, the yarn spun using the spinneret of the example had no denier unevenness, there were no scratches on the surface of the yarn, and no color unevenness occurred during dyeing.

As detailed above, according to the method for manufacturing a spinneret of the present invention, a spinneret having spinning holes having the same diameter over the entire length can be manufactured without replacing the punch tool for drilling the spinning holes, In addition, since the punch tool with a flat tip is moved up and down in the hole to gradually drill deeper holes and penetrate the spinning hole, the punch tool will not be misaligned, and the work hardening that will be formed on the periphery of the resulting spinning hole will be avoided. The layers are extremely small, so the punch tool does not break, and the spinneret has a smooth wall surface with no damage caused by the punch tool and a spinning hole with uniform hole diameter, in other words, there is no denier unevenness during spinning, and the yarn This has an excellent effect in that it is possible to obtain a spinneret that can spin yarn that does not have any scratches on its surface and does not cause color unevenness when dyed.
