にこの原液吐出孔10の成形により皿形口金板2の外面
に形成されたイボ11を研摩により図11に示すように
除去し、次いで図12に示すようにリーマ12の加工に
より原液吐出孔10を貫通して原液吐出孔13を本成形
し、然る後原液吐出孔13の開口縁のばり14を図13

造方法によれば、平パンチと先端をフラットにしたパン
チにより加工することにより原液導入孔と原液吐出孔が

央部に先端をフラットにしたパンチにて所定の間隔を存
して複数個の小径の原液吐出孔を穿設し、次に原液吐出
孔の穿設により皿形口金板の外面に形成されたイボを研
摩除去して原液吐出孔を貫通し、然る後原液吐出孔を仕
上げ加工することを特徴とする異形糸紡糸口金の製造方
