ないといつた問題があつた。 In conventional printing devices that print by lowering and rotating the type wheel towards the inserted printing paper, the type ring is lowered (dropped) and rotated towards the printing paper using a magnet or motor, and then the type ring is rotated downward (falling) towards the printing paper and then the type is placed on the printing stand. Alternatively, by using a magnet, a printing hammer is struck toward the type wheel for stamping, or by rotating the platen toward the type wheel for pressure printing. However, in the case of the type wheel rotation method and printing hammer striking method using magnets, it is necessary to make the magnet larger and stronger due to the unique configuration of printing machines in which the space between the type wheel and printing paper is wide. However, both methods have problems such as high impact noise during printing, wear of type due to impact, and failure of various parts of the device. There is enough between
There was a problem where the printing paper could not be inserted smoothly due to lack of time.

題点があつた。 Therefore, the applicant and others have developed a new printing method.
First, a type wheel is lowered and rotated toward the inserted printing paper, and then a printing roller is pressed and rolled against the lowered and rotated type wheel with the printing paper interposed in between, thereby printing. This pressurized printing device was developed, but while it produces less impact during printing, produces less printing noise, and has good print clarity, it also has a unique operation that operates the type wheel and printing roller. In addition to requiring a mechanism, the resistance when pressurizing the printing roller is large and a large driving force is required to move the printing roller, so the overall structure of the operating mechanism becomes large and complicated, and the number of parts increases. , manufacturing and assembly become complicated and manufacturing costs increase.
Various problems arose, including the difficulty in synchronizing the downward rotation of the type wheel and the pressing and rolling operation of the printing roller.

連繋させて行なう様に構成している。 The present invention was developed in view of the above-mentioned problems, and its purpose is to efficiently operate the downward rotation of the type wheel and the pressing and rolling motion of the printing roller by a single drive mechanism. This makes it possible to simplify the overall configuration, increase operational reliability, and reduce manufacturing costs. The printing device also allows easy adjustment of the operating timing of the type wheel and printing roller, making it easy to use. In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention provides a motor which rotates the descending rotation of the type wheel and the pressing and rolling motion of the printing roller by a motor that is driven when printing paper is inserted. It is configured to be connected to two rotating disks.

構を図面と共に説明する。 The printing roller 23, which is attached to the middle part of the roller shaft 24 which is supported by the guide shafts 20 and 21 and rotates in a rolling manner in this way, is normally stopped at the center part on the bottom side of the passage into which the printing paper P is inserted. However, the type ring 8
When the downward rotation begins, it first moves initially to the left (downward in FIG. 3) with respect to the insertion direction of the printing paper P (arrow X direction in FIG. 1), and then,
When the type wheels 8 have completely finished descending and pressed the upper surface of the inserted printing paper P, the printing moves to the right (upward in FIG. 3), and each of the lowered type wheels 8 The bottom printing surface is pressed and rolled in order from the edge to perform predetermined printing in a predetermined printing field of the printing paper P interposed between them, and after printing is completed, it returns to the original center position as the printing wheel 8 rises. It is designed to move back and stop, but next, the printing roller 2
The operating mechanism that governs the reciprocating movement of the printing wheel 3 and the vertical movement of the printing wheel 8 will be explained with reference to the drawings.

By locating the type wheel 8 on the lower end opening 14a side of the oblique elongated hole 14, the type wheel 8 is held in the raised position as shown in the figure. When rotated, the above A
The actuating roller 37 is gradually moved in the radial direction of the rotary disk 31 from point B to point B, and the slide plate 36 is slid rightward in the drawing to move the guide roller 12a to an inclined length as shown in FIG. It moves to the upper end 14b of the hole 14, and rotates the type wheel 8 down to the state shown in the figure. Furthermore, the above cam groove 35 is connected to the above type ring 8.
The descending state is maintained as the rotary disk 31 rotates from point B to point C in FIG. 4, and after passing point C, the slide plate 36 is gradually slid to the left in the drawing. , move the guide roller 12a back to its original position to raise the type ring 8,
The rotation of the rotary disk 31 is stopped when the operating roller 37 reaches the original point A, and one printing operation is completed. Although not shown in the drawings, in order to determine the stopping position of the actuating roller 37, the cam groove 35 at point A is actually made to have a slightly recessed configuration.

This is a crank plate that causes the printing roller 23 mentioned above to roll for printing in conjunction with the lowering and upward rotation of the type wheel 8 carried out by the crank plate 41. It can be installed freely. Numerals 42 and 43 are elongated crank holes formed in the tip and middle portions of the crank plate 41, respectively. In the elongated crank hole 42 on the tip side, which is formed relatively short, is a driven roller vertically disposed on the bottom surface of the roller box 22. 25 is loosely fitted therein, and a crank roller 44 attached to the upper surface of the rotary disk 31 is loosely fitted into the elongated central crank elongated hole 43.

右端位置に移動する迄続けられる。 When the rotary disk 31 is not rotating and is not printing, the crank roller 44 is located on the extension line connecting the crank fulcrum shaft 40 and the main shaft 30, and therefore the crank plate 41 is also used to insert the printing paper P. The roller box 22, that is, the printing roller 23 is located at the center of the lower case 1 while standing still linearly along the direction. When the rotary disk 31 starts rotating in the direction of the arrow Y from this state, the crank roller 44 moves in the left lateral direction with respect to the insertion direction of the printing paper P as shown in FIG. The printing roller 23 is initially moved leftward along the guide shafts 20 and 21. This initial movement is stopped when the rotary disk 31 rotates 90 degrees, and at this point the slide plate 3
The downward rotation of the type wheel 8 due to the slide 6 has been completed. Crank plate 41 after initial movement
is now fan-shaped in the opposite direction (upward in FIG. 3) by the crank roller 44 of the rotating disk 31, which continues to rotate, and in conjunction with this, the printing roller 23 is also moved for printing. A plurality of type wheels 8 arranged side by side with the printing paper P interposed therebetween are rolled while being pressed in order from the end, thereby making it possible to perform predetermined printing on the printing paper P. The position of the crank plate 41 shown in FIG. 3 is during the above-mentioned printing movement, and during the printing movement, the rotary disk 31 rotates 180 degrees from the end point of the initial movement, and the roller box 22 is moved as shown by the imaginary line in FIG. 3. This continues until the guide shafts 20 and 21 are moved to the right end position.

印字装置に用いて洵に好適である。 Since the printing device according to the present invention is as described above, when the printing paper is inserted and the motor is started, the type wheel lowers and rotates, and the printing roller holds the printing paper between them. Since the lowered type wheel is pressed and rolled in order, it is possible to print many sheets at once with a small printing sound and clearly. The rotation and the movement of the printing roller are skillfully constructed by rotating one rotary disk using one motor, and linking the type support frame and the printing roller to each other in conjunction with this rotation. Therefore, the structure of the operating mechanism is greatly simplified and the number of parts is small, making it easy to manufacture and assemble, reducing manufacturing costs and reducing the occurrence of failures, and making adjustments difficult. It has the advantage that the operating timing of the printing roller and type wheel can be easily adjusted because the driving source is common, and it is suitable for use in various printing devices such as time stamps. It is.
