Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 射出スクリユないしは射出スクリユを直進移動
せしめる直進移動装置の出力軸の位置を位置検知
器によつて検知しつつ、射出スクリユを回転せし
めて射出成形材料を射出筒体の内部へ取込んだの
ち、直進移動装置で射出スクリユを押圧駆動して
射出成形材料を射出筒体から外部へ射出せしめて
なる射出成形装置において、 位置検知器が、 (a) 直進移動装置１４Ａ，１４Ｂの出力軸ない
しは射出スクリユ１７に対して摺動端子の取付ら
れたポテンシヨメータ１２と、 (b) ポテンシヨメータ１２の摺動端子と一方の
固定端子との間に挿入されており、ポテンシヨメ
ータ１２の摺動端子と一方の固定端子との間の電
圧を検出する検出器１３と を包有しており、検出器１３の検出した電圧に
よつて直進移動装置１４Ａ，１４Ｂの出力軸ない
しは射出スクリユ１７の位置を検知してなること
を特徴とする射出成形装置。
