ある。[Detailed description of the invention] The present invention relates to the invention of a pivot mechanism, and in a pivot mechanism such as a hinged door, there is no gap between the body of the opening/closing part such as a hinged door and the body of a fixed part such as a pillar when opening. The opening/closing part body (fittings such as sliding doors) is aligned with the wall surface, and the shaft support is installed in such a way that it does not protrude from the front of the fixed part body. To automatically determine a mounting state in which each pivot in a pivot mechanism is properly aligned, and to appropriately cover the mounting portion with the pivot portion, to easily and accurately obtain a good-looking mounting in a Japanese-style room, etc. This is what I did.

がない。 A pivoting mechanism called a hinge is an essential member when installing an opening/closing body such as a hinged door. In other words, this hinged door can be set up without the need for vertically opposing long thresholds and lintels like a sliding door, and has the advantage of being able to be set retractably within the thickness range of the pillars on both sides in its closed state. Although it has been commonly used for a long time, a pivot mechanism is essential for attaching such a swinging door or a similar opening/closing body. However, the conventionally commonly used pivot mechanism is one in which two metal fittings of the same shape and size are connected by a pivot. It obstructs the
In this case, a gap corresponding to the combined thickness of the two metal fittings remains between the end face of the opening/closing member and the side surface of the column. In other words, if such a gap remains in the closed state of the opening/closing part body, the closing is incomplete and it is a problem. Therefore, it is necessary to make such a gap as small as possible, and for this purpose, the opening/closing part body or It is necessary to carve a mounting recess sufficient to embed the metal fittings on either one, preferably both end faces of the column, and most hinged doors today are mounted in this way without leaving any gaps. It is said that However, the number of man-hours required to carve a mounting recess for embedding an opening/closing fitting such as a hinge is considerably large, and the number of man-hours required is far greater than fixing each fitting with screws. Even if the pillars are made of wood and can be deformed to some extent by hammering, etc., in principle, the area and depth of the carving must correspond appropriately to the dimensions of the metal fittings, so it requires careful and highly accurate man-hours. Requires. In particular, it is necessary to install multiple pivot mechanisms of this kind between the opening/closing part body and a fixed part body such as a column, and the pivots of each pivot mechanism arranged above and below must be properly aligned. This is what makes opening and closing easy and ensures a stable and durable pivoting relationship, so it is essential to mark the alignment prior to installation, and the complexity is It's obvious. Furthermore, in Japanese-style rooms in Japan, it is considered preferable to prevent the above-mentioned pivot connection between the two metal fittings from protruding from the front of the mounting column, which is the fixing member, in order to bring out the beauty of the column, which is the main character of Japanese-style architecture. Therefore, it is often required to bury such a pivot connecting portion in the carved recess as described above, which inevitably increases the number of man-hours. In addition, making the above-mentioned indentations damages the surface of the surrounding frame, which has been well-beautified with lacquer, in the case of opening and closing parts such as sliding doors. Even if the intaglio is carefully engraved, it is necessary to shield the engraved part to a certain extent in order to ensure its aesthetic appearance, since it damages the surface of the parts that form the main body of Japanese-style architecture. There is no way that such a shielding effect can be effectively obtained in a pivot mechanism.

As shown in Fig. 1, a fixed member 4 such as a column It is proposed to use a member as shown in FIG. 2 below as a pivot mechanism for attaching the opening/closing part body 5 in the form of a sliding door or other hinged door so that it can be opened and closed. That is, the pivot mechanism connects a base metal fitting 1 and a child metal fitting 2 with a pivot 3, and a notch 10 sufficient to accommodate the child metal fitting 2 is formed on the pivot side of the mother metal fitting 1. Cut section 1
The child metal fitting 2 is received and folded into the 0 part (in this illustration, the shaft support 21 of the child metal fitting 2 is
(The mounting bracket part is slightly narrower and the height is also lower, so that a sufficient gap 7 is provided between the two brackets), and both of these brackets 1 and 2 have a circular cross section. The pivot supports 11 and 21, which are bent and integrally formed, have extensions in the tangential direction of the same shape, and each of the metal fittings 1 and 2 has a groove for fixing to the fixing part body 4 or the opening/closing part body 5. Mounting holes 12 or 22 are provided, and a countersunk screw 6 or the like is fixed in these mounting holes, and the countersunk screw engaging surface is connected to both metal fittings 1 and 2 as shown in FIG.
Of course, they become opposite in the convolution state.

ができる。 According to the present invention as described above, when the opening/closing part body 5 is closed as shown in FIG.
is completely accommodated in the notch 10 of the base metal fitting 1. That is, since the two metal fittings do not overlap and form a folded state as in the conventional case, the side surface 4a of the fixed part body 4 and End face 5 of opening/closing body 5
The only gap required between a and There is no need to form a buried recess on the end face of the opening/closing part body 5. In addition, in factories that produce sliding doors and other opening/closing parts 5, the child metal fittings 2 [or base metal fittings 1] are attached to the end faces of the opening/closing parts 5 and transported to the installation site, where they are fixed as they are like pillars. Stable attachment can be easily completed by simply fixing the base metal fitting 1 (or the child metal fitting 2) on the side surface of the part 4. Depending on the case, the fixed part body 4 will be fixed by attaching it to the opening/closing part body 5 on site, but when attaching it to the opening/closing part body 5, as shown in FIG. 4, the base metal fitting 1 [ Or the arcuate bulging apex 11 of the pivot supports 11, 12 with the plate surface of the secondary metal fitting 2] in surface contact with the end surface 5a of the opening/closing member 5.
When a, 12a are brought into line contact with the front surface 5b of the opening/closing part body 5, the correct mounting position of the base metal fitting 1 [or child fitting 2] and the opening/closing part body 5 is automatically determined, and the opening/closing part body 5 is
Regarding each pivot mechanism disposed above and below, those pivots 3 are connected to the end face 5a and the front face 5b of the opening/closing part body 5.
Effective centering is automatically determined, each parallel to the corner lines between them. Therefore, it is possible to determine the fitting position by measuring and scribing on-site, and to completely omit the process of cutting the notch, which takes a lot of man-hours, as described above, and the man-hours for installing the pivot mechanism itself are also halved. Therefore, the number of man-hours required for on-site work related to such swinging doors can be reduced to one-tenth or even less. Moreover, since these metal fittings 1 and 2 have extensions in the tangential direction of the same shape with respect to the pivot parts 11 and 12, respectively, the pivot parts 11 and 12 connected by the pivot 3 can be arranged as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4. The opening/closing part body 5 is located within an extension area of the front face 4b of the fixed part body 4 such as a column, and the surface of the opening/closing part body 5 is recessed from the front face 4b of the fixed part body 4 as shown in FIG. This makes it possible to easily install the shaft supports 11 and 12 on the pillars, etc. as described above, and to fully bring out the beauty of the pillars in Japanese-style rooms. By not protruding from the front face 4b of the fixed part body, the fourth
As shown in the figure, when the opening/closing part body 5 is opened, it is possible to obtain an attachment in which little gap is formed between the base of the opening/closing part body 5 and the front surface 4b or side surface 4a of the fixed part body 4, and this surface Even from this point of view, it can be installed in an attractive manner. Moreover, there is no need to make a notch in either of the two parts 1, 2, and the third,
In any of the states shown in FIG. 4, the shaft supports 11 and 21 effectively cover the mounting portion on the indoor side, so that the aesthetic appearance of the portion can be sufficiently ensured.

る。 Furthermore, when manufacturing a pivot mechanism as shown in Fig. 2, the amount of materials required for the metal fittings 1 and 2 will be reduced by half compared to conventional ones, and the molding of these metal fittings 1 and 2 will be reduced by half. In machining, the shaft supports 11 and 21 at the ends of the plate-shaped material can be simply connected and bent, and the boundary between the shaft supports 11 and 21 and the plate surface of each metal fitting 1 and 2 is Furthermore, the plate surfaces of each metal fittings 1 and 2 are pivot supports 11 and 21.
Since there is no need to bend and protrude so much in the radial direction, the desired pivot mechanism can be obtained easily and at low cost in any of these ways.

る。 According to the present invention as explained above, the required pivot mechanism can be obtained with a small amount of materials, and the base metal fittings 1
Since the locking member 2 is accommodated in the closed state of the opening/closing part body 5, the fixed part body 4 like a column and the opening/closing part body 5 are connected to each other.
It forms a closed state with few gaps between the shaft support 1 and the shaft support 1 with a circular cross section.
1 and 21, both metal fittings 1 and 2 have the same shape extending in the cutting line direction.
Or, the two plate surfaces are joined and the bulging apex 11 of the pivot supports 11 and 12 is attached to the side surface of the opening/closing part body 5.
By joining a and 12a, the proper mounting state is automatically determined, and by doing so, the pivots of the respective pivot mechanisms disposed above and below the opening/closing body 5 are automatically determined. Since the centers can be aligned, the installation work is made extremely easy and precise, and the shaft supports 11 and 21 can be mounted on the front surface 4b of the fixed part body 4 without the need for special indentations as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4. It can be provided so that it does not protrude more, especially the front face 4b of the fixed part body 4 such as a pillar.
Since the opening/closing part body 5 can be installed in alignment with the wall surface, which is generally set slightly recessed from the wall, it is possible to install the opening/closing part body 5 which looks good in a Japanese-style building. The gap becomes a single thickness of the metal fittings, and the opening/closing part body 5 remains open even in the open state.
Since the base end 5a is located within the extension area of the front surface 4b of the fixed part body 4, no gap is detected, and as described above, the buried recess is not formed in either the fixed part body 4 or the opening/closing part body 5. Since there is no need for forming or scribing, etc., accurate installation can be achieved, the man-hours at the installation site can be greatly reduced, and accurate installation can be achieved with simple work, while also being easy to install by home workers. A preferred installation can also be achieved with the pivot support 1
1 and 21 sufficiently cover the mounting portion and ensure the aesthetic appearance of the mounting portion, so this is a highly effective design in practical terms.
