４図は、本考案の面方位修正方法を用いて研磨し
た場合の水平方向に対する面方位修正治具のゴニ
オメータの修正角度と実際に修正された角度との
関係図、第５図は、本考案の面方位修正方法を用
いて研磨した場合の上下方向に対する面方位修正
治具のゴニオメータの修正角度と実際に修正され
た角度との関係図、第６図は、従来の面方位修正
方法に用いられている面方位修正治具の斜視図、
第７図はデイフラクトメータ法を用いる方位測定
装置の概略図、第８図はバツクラウエ法を用いた
方位測定装置の概略図をそれぞれ表す。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 研磨治具回転保持具に上下方向の中央貫通穴を
    設け、該貫通穴にスライド自在なピストンを配置
    し、研磨治具回転保持具の研磨用側面にある該ピ
    ストンの一端部に研磨対象となる結晶を保持でき
    るゴニオメータを取り付け、研磨治具回転保持具
    から延出する該ピストンの他端部側に該ピストン
    を弾性部材を介して研磨治具回転保持具に支持さ
    せるための弾性部材の弾発力調整可能な弾性部材
    保持具を取り付けたことを特徴とする研磨治具。
