- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 空気中の酸素を濃縮して、その濃縮酸素１６を
タンク１８にため、当該タンク１８から外部に供
給する酸素濃縮装置において、 前記タンク１８と並列に補助タンク３６を設け
て、その中にも濃縮酸素１６がたまるようにし、
装置電源の停電時、ならびに装置電源が投入され
てから所定時間を経過するまでは、前記補助タン
ク３６内の濃縮酸素１６が外部に供給されるよう
にした、酸素濃縮装置。
