Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 電解液としてアルカリ脱脂液を充填した電解槽
    と、電解液中に差し込まれ、洗浄対象としての情
    報記録用デイスク複製用スタンパーを電解液中で
    吊下保持できる電極治具と、電解液中に差し込ま
    れた対向電極と、この対向電極と前記電極治具と
    の間に電解用電力を供給する電源とを備え、 前記電極治具が、棒状で、略垂直に電解液中に
    差し込まれ、上部から電解用電力の供給を受ける
    金属製電極棒と、スタンパーの中央通孔に挿通可
    能な軸頭部と、この軸頭部と前記電極棒との間を
    一体に連結し、前記軸頭部の径より小径で、且つ
    前記電極棒に向かつて縮径され、前記軸頭部から
    離れた位置にてスタンパーをその中央通孔周縁で
    引掛けて電解液中で垂直に保持できる連結軸部と
    からなるスタンパー洗浄用電解脱脂装置。
