  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 上下の給糸パツケージ間に、下側給糸パツケ
    ージから解舒される糸を案内するための上側給糸
    パツケージの外径よりも大きい円形の糸案内部と
    、該糸案内部を支持すると共に上側給糸パツケー
    ジの糸層下端周縁部に接触して糸層の減少に従つ
    て糸案内部を上側給糸パツケージの軸方向に沿つ
    て上方に移動させる弾性支持部材とを有する糸ガ
    イドを設けたことを特徴とする二段給糸型二重撚
    糸機。 ２ 上記糸ガイドが上下の給糸パツケージ間に上
    記糸案内部よりも小さい糸案内リングを有してい
    ることを特徴とする請求項１記載の二段給糸型二
    重撚糸機。
