Claims (1)
- 各先端部を偏平にした一対の金属サポートを、
その先端部の根元部が埋まるまでステム基板にガ
ラス封着すると共に、上記金属サポートのステム
基板より突出した各先端部を、外方に０．３mm以
上の曲率半径で屈曲させて水晶振動片の支持段を
形成したことを特徴とする水晶振動子用気密端子
。
