In this specification, stamping foil refers to a material in which a transfer film is formed on a base material layer such as a heat-insoluble plastic via a release agent layer by vacuum deposition, printing, etc., including the description in the claims. And the transfer film is not coated with a heat-sealable adhesive.

Fabrics woven with cut foil obtained from the original cut foil as described above can reproduce the patterns, colors, and luster originally expressed on the original cut foil by weaving the cut foil into the fabric, and have a desirable texture, especially subtle ones. The result is a product with an elegant texture. Further, patterning by stamping foil transfer method is simpler than other methods, and is convenient for application to small lots and products with a wide variety of different colors. Therefore, it would be of great significance if these could be used in combination to express the pattern as three-dimensional.

Means for Solving the Problems The object of the present invention is to apply heat-foamable and heat-sealing resin to a cut foil original fabric in an arbitrary pattern, and to use the cut foil obtained from the cut foil original fabric. By weaving a woven fabric and hot pressing a stamping foil on the woven fabric, a transfer film of the stamping foil is transferred to the resin-coated area of the cut foil, and the area is foamed to make it three-dimensional. This is achieved by creating a three-dimensional pattern on the fabric.

The cut foil according to the present invention can be used as both a weft and a warp; in the former case, the weft insertion may be carried out according to a conventional method, so-called sequential drawing method, and in the latter case, the thread may be inserted according to a conventional method.

Effect When a stamping foil is hot-pressed on a fabric woven with the cut foil of the present invention, the transfer film on the stamping foil is transferred to the coated area of the heat-foamable heat-sealing resin on the cut foil, and the transfer film on the coated area is The resin foams and becomes three-dimensional when heated. Therefore, the pattern formed by the transfer of the transfer film of the stamping foil also becomes three-dimensional.

In this way, making the resin-coated parts on the cut foil three-dimensional after weaving the cut foil will not only prevent the thread from getting caught in the three-dimensional pattern when the cut foil is used for warp, but also make the cut foil more dimensional. To ensure that weft insertion is carried out smoothly without getting caught even when used in wefts.

A heat-foamable, heat-sealable adhesive is applied in liquid form to the surface of the cut foil original fabric 1 in an arbitrary pattern, for example, a sand pattern 3, by an appropriate method such as a printing roll or screen method. After the applied adhesive dries, a cut foil (not shown) is made from the cut foil original fabric 1.

A stamping foil (not shown) is placed on top of the fabric into which the cut foil has been woven, with the transfer film side facing the fabric, and heated and pressed. Then, by this heat and pressure, the transfer film on the stamping foil is transferred to the adhesive-coated area of the cut foil woven into the fabric, and the pattern is applied to the fabric by the transfer. Further, the adhesive in the patterned area is foamed and expanded by the heating, and becomes three-dimensional, thereby making the patterning by transfer of the stamping foil transfer film three-dimensional. The reference numeral 3' in FIG. 2 is the three-dimensional pattern. The reproduced pattern on the fabric based on the pattern 2 originally made on the cut foil original fabric 1 by weaving the cut foil is given the reference numeral 2'. The fabric is designated 1' in FIG.
