Abstract

PURPOSE:To radiate heat in a lightening device body to the outside of heat insulating material to prevent a drop of the device efficiency for ensuring heat radiation by installing a heat radiating cylinder through which heat insulating material is provided in a projecting condition at the back of the body. CONSTITUTION:This lighting device 10 is installed covered with heat insulating material 21, and made up such that a heat radiating cylinder 22 having a length which can penetrate the heat insulating material 21 is installed projected to a device body 15 in such a condition that the heat radiating cylinder 22 is opened within the body 15. The heat of a stabilizer 12 is, therefore, radiated to the outside of the heat insulating material 21 passing through the heat radiating cylinder 22. Further, the heat of a lamp 16 is also radiated from the heat radiating cylinder 22 through the air vent 20 of a reflecting plate 13. Thereby, the inside of the equipment body 15 is not filled with heat and it is possible to hold down the temperature of the stabilizer and various types of electric parts such as a socket, etc. to a minimum and also prevent a drop of the equipment efficiency, e.g., a short life, etc. and also the lamp flux can be increased as the temperature of the lamp 16 can be held down to a minimum.

Therefore, as shown in FIG. 6, a stabilizer 72 is screwed onto the appliance body 70 via a heat radiating member 71, so that the heat of the stabilizer 72 is released into the internal space of the appliance body 70. Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 7, the ballast 72 is screwed to the instrument body 70 via the corrugated plate 73, and the heat of the ballast 72 is transferred to the corrugated plate 73.
The water is released to the instrument main body 70 via.

The appliance main body 15 is suspended from a ceiling slab 17 with hanging bolts 18. Further, 21 is a heat insulating material 21 made of glass wool or the like spread on the upper surface of the ceiling 11, and is spread to cover the appliance main body 15. Further, on the upper surface 23 of the appliance main body 15, two heat radiation tubes 2 having a length penetrating the heat insulating material 21 are provided.
2 is provided protrudingly. The heat dissipation cylinder 22 is provided with a lower end formed with a flange 24 fixed to the inner surface of the instrument main body 15 so as to protrude.

According to the lighting fixture configured in this manner, the heat radiated from the ballast 12 is radiated to the outer surface of the heat insulating material 21 through the heat radiating cylinder 22. Furthermore, the heat of the lamp 16 also passes through the ventilation hole 20 of the reflection plate 13 and is radiated from the heat radiation cylinder 22. Therefore, heat does not accumulate inside the appliance main body 15, and the temperature of the ballast itself and various electrical components such as the socket can be kept low, and a decrease in appliance efficiency such as a shortened life can be prevented. Furthermore, the temperature of the lamp 16 can also be kept low, increasing the lamp luminous flux.

Other embodiments of the invention are shown in FIGS. 4 and 5.
In the figures, the same parts as in the examples shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 are given the same reference numerals and their explanations are omitted. In the figures, 30 is a heat radiation tube, which has a length that can penetrate the heat insulating material 21. The lower end, on which the flange 31 is formed, is inserted into the interior of the instrument body 15 and is rotatably protruded from the upper surface 23 of the instrument body 15. A screw hole 33 is formed in the center of the upper surface of the heat radiation tube 30, and a hanging bolt 32 whose upper end is fixed to the ceiling slab 17 is screwed into this screw hole 33 by rotating the heat radiation tube 30, and the lighting fixture 10 is attached. to hang. Further, a plurality of heat radiation holes 34 are formed around the threaded hole 33 on the top surface of the heat radiation cylinder 30, and the heat inside the appliance main body 15 passes through the heat radiation cylinder 30 and is transferred from the heat radiation holes 34 to the heat insulating material 21. Heat is radiated to the outside. Further, although the reflector plate 35 of the instrument body 15 is flat and has no ventilation holes, the gap between the reflector plate 35 and the instrument body 15 serves as a ventilation path. Note that a reflecting plate 13 as shown in FIG. 3 may be used.
