Furthermore, even if a base material such as wood wool board is glued to the roof board in advance, it may peel off during transportation or construction, and it may become heavy or bulky during transportation, taking up space for storage. or handle it separately. Furthermore, if a long period of time passes after installation, the adhesive strength may decrease and the adhesive may peel off, causing the base material to fall off.

In the method of constructing a horizontal roof using roof shingles, the lower end of the base material is fitted into the lower end of the roof shingle in such a way that the lower locking part and the upper engaging part of the vertically adjacent roof shingles are engaged with each other. A support part that can be attached is provided along the length direction, a lower locking part is provided at the lower edge of the roof plate, an upper engaging part is provided at the upper edge of the roof plate, and the lower surface of the roof plate and the lower surface of the roof plate are provided. The base material to be attached to the side is carried to the construction site, and at the construction site, the lower end of the base material is fitted to the supporting part of the roof board to form a surface structure material, and the lower part of the surface structure material adjacent to the top and bottom is attached. This is a method of constructing a horizontal roof that rises toward the ridge while engaging the stop part and the upper engaging part with each other.

It is fitted into the support part 6 provided at the lower end portion, and if necessary, the lower surface of the roof board 2 and the upper surface of the base material 5 are bonded together with an adhesive to form the surface structure material 1. Then, the surface structure material 1 consisting of the base material 5 and the roof board 2 constructed as described above is laid on the rafters 17 appropriately arranged along the inclination direction of the roof using the hangers 18. . The hanger 18 has an engaging piece 19 that can be engaged with the upper engaging part 3, and also has a fastening piece 20 that can be fastened to the rafter 17 or the like. Using the above-mentioned hangers 18, the roof board 2
In order to install the roof plate, attach it to the eave bracket (not shown) in the case of the eaves, or to the upper engaging part 3 of the roof plate 2 adjacent to the upper side in the case of the middle tier, to the lower engagement part 3 of the roof plate 2 adjacent to the upper side. 4 is inserted to engage the upper engaging portion 3 and the lower locking portion 4 of the vertically adjacent roof shingles 2 with each other, and the upper engaging portion 3 of the roof shingle 2 located on the lower side
The engaging piece 19 of the hanger 18 is engaged with the hanger 18, and a fastening means 21 such as a nail or bolt is driven into the fastening piece 20 of the hanger 18 to fix it to the rafter 17. In this case, the base material 5 is attached to the lower surface of the roof board 2, and the base material 5
The lower end 5a of the roof plate 2 is fitted onto the support portion 6 of the roof plate 2. Therefore, the lower end 5a of the base material 5 is supported by the support part 6 of the roof board 2, and the upper end 5b of the base material 5 is supported by the rafter 1.
Since the base material 5 is supported by the upper surface of the base material 7, even if the adhesive force of the base material 5 decreases, the base material 5 may peel off or fall off. Then, vertically adjacent surface structure members 1, 1,

く向上する。 According to the present invention as described above, the roofing sheets 2 and the base material 5 produced at the factory are each transported to the construction site,
Since the surface structure material 1 is constructed by attaching the base material 5 to the roof board 2 at the construction site, the surface structure material 1 is not bulky during storage and transportation, and can be stored and transported efficiently. Further, since the base material 5 is attached to the roof board 2, even if raindrops hit the roof board 2 and the sound of rain is generated, it does not echo inside the room, resulting in an excellent soundproofing effect. Furthermore, since the base material 5 has a heat insulating effect, heating and cooling work efficiently, making it possible to live comfortably, and no condensation water is generated. Moreover, since the lower end 5a of the base material 5 is supported by the support part 6 provided on the roof board 2, even if the adhesive force of the base material 5 decreases due to aging or vibrations such as an earthquake are applied, the base material 5 The material 5 does not peel or fall off. In addition, the work efficiency is significantly improved because the labor of laying the base material on the rafters one by one, which is required in conventional construction methods, is eliminated.

例とほぼ同様の構成であるので説明を省略する。 FIG. 2 shows an embodiment in which the configuration of the upper engaging part 3 of the roof board 2 is changed, and the upper engaging part 3 is provided with a folded standing wall part 22, and a fastening part 23 is provided behind the standing wall part 22. It has been established. That is, roof board 2
An upper engaging portion 3 is provided at the upper end portion, but in this embodiment, the upper end of the roof plate 2 is bent upward to provide a back wall 3a, and the upper end of the back wall 3a is projected forward in a folded manner. The upper wall portion 3b is provided with the upper wall portion 3b.
A standing wall portion 2 is formed by projecting the rear end upward in a folded manner.
2 is provided, and furthermore, the lower end of the standing wall portion 22 is extended rearward to provide a fastening portion 23, thereby forming the upper engaging portion 3. On the other hand, the lower end portion of the roof plate 2 is provided with a support portion 6 and a lower locking portion 4, but the structures of the support portion 6 and the lower locking portion 4 are almost the same as those in the embodiment shown in FIG. Since this is just a configuration, the explanation will be omitted.

Since it is made of wood, it does not take up much space during storage and transportation, and can be stored and transported efficiently.
Further, the base material can be reliably attached to the roof board, and will not peel or fall off even if the adhesive strength of the adhesive decreases over time. In addition, in the present invention, base materials such as wood wool board and gypsum board that do not generate toxic gases can be used even in the event of a fire, so it is possible to live a safe and comfortable life. Furthermore, since the present invention lays the surface structure material in which the base material is attached to the roof board, the labor of positioning the base material to the rafters etc. one by one while laying it is saved, and work efficiency is significantly improved.
