Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 圧力室の一側を形成する変位部材の一側にこれ
を圧力室側に付勢する付勢手段を設け、この付勢
手段に対向して前記変位部材の他側に設けられた
弁によつて前記圧力室を開閉し、前記付勢手段の
反力に釣り合う一定圧力を出力する減圧弁におい
て、 前記変位部材は前記付勢手段と前記弁とによつ
て挟持された剛性を有する板状部材からなり、弁
側の外周部が弾性部材によつて支持されているこ
とを特徴とする減圧弁。
