Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 機関運転状態に応じて吸気通路に還流する
    排気還流量を制御する排気還流制御装置の自己診
    断装置において、機関回転速度検出手段と、該機
    関回転速度検出手段で検出した機関回転速度を一
    定時間間隔でサンプリングする機関回転速度サン
    プリング手段と、該機関回転速度サンプリング手
    段のサンプリング値に基づいて単位時間当りの機
    関回転速度変動を所定時間内で複数サンプリング
    する機関回転速度変動サンプリング手段と、該機
    関回転速度変動サンプリング手段のサンプリング
    値における最大値と予め定めた設定値とを比較し
    両者の差が所定値以上のとき前記排気還流制御装
    置が異常と判定する判定手段とを備えたことを特
    徴とする排気還流制御装置の自己診断装置。 (2) 請求項１記載の排気還流制御装置の自己診
    断装置において、前記判定手段に代えて、機関回
    転速度変動サンプリング手段の最大サンプリング
    値の値に応じて排気還流制御装置の故障度合を複
    数段階で判定する判定手段を設けたことを特徴と
    する排気還流制御装置の自己診断装置。 (3) 請求項１又は２記載の排気還流制御装置の
    自己診断装置において、過渡運転状態検出手段と
    、過渡運転状態が検出されてから一定時間の間判
    定手段の判定動作を停止する判定停止手段とを設
    けたことを特徴とする排気還流制御装置の自己診
    断装置。
