- ワイヤ電極により被加工物の加工部に加工液を
吹きかけながら所望の形状に加工するワイヤ放電
加工装置において、前記被加工物を取り付ける定
盤の内部にヒートパイプ式熱交換装置を備えたこ
とを特徴とするワイヤ放電加工装置。
