付装置において、 (a) ブラケツトの取付孔に対し配設される先端
部が非磁性材料によつて形成されかつ先端部に対
し一体化された基部が磁性材料によつて形成され
たアダプタと、 (b) アダプタの基部に対して吸着される永久磁
石を具備するプローブ本体とプローブ本体に対し
て取付けられかつ渦電流形変位計の検出部を回転
装置の回転軸近傍に保持するための非磁性材料で
形成されたプローブ先端部とを包有するプローブ
と を備えてなることを特徴とする渦電流形変位計の
