Claims (1)
- 排気ガスの酸素濃度に応じて電極間に起電力を
生じる板状センサ素子又は電気抵抗が変化する板
状センサ素子と、該センサ素子を収納する金属製
収納部材と、該金属製収納部材内に設けられ前記
板状センサ素子を固定かつ気密封止するセラミツ
ク粉体と、該セラミツク粉体を所定の圧力で圧縮
するセラミツクサポータとより成る酸素センサに
おいて、前記セラミツクサポータのセラミツク粉
体に当接する部分に突起部を設けたことを特徴と
する酸素センサ。
