Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 先端部が閉塞されるジルコニアチユーブの内外
表面の一部にそれぞれ電極を形成し、機関排気に
接触させた外表面の接地側電極と大気に接触させ
た内表面の出力取出側電極との間に発生する起電
力により機関排気中の酸素濃度を検出するように
構成され、機関の排気管壁に螺合されたホルダー
の先端部に前記ジルコニアチユーブの基端部を金
属製のワツシヤを介して係止させる内燃機関用酸
素センサにおいて、 前記金属製のワツシヤ表面に酸化膜を形成した
ことを特徴とする内燃機関用酸素センサ。
