Lowering the flame current setting would lead to the generation of combustion noise due to lifting combustion, carbon monoxide due to incomplete combustion, odor, etc., and could not be adopted in practice.

As a result, the auxiliary flame port becomes small, and the thermal influence on the main flame port is reduced, making it possible to significantly reduce the temperature rise of the porous cylinder located at the main flame port.

Reference numeral 11 denotes a bottomed cylindrical vaporizing/mixing cylinder, and a fuel supply nozzle 12 is installed at an eccentric position on a part of its peripheral wall. and an air supply pipe 13 for supplying combustion air. 14 is a heater embedded in the vaporization/mixing cylinder 11, and 15 is the vaporization/mixing cylinder 1.
The burner body covers the upper opening of the vaporizing/mixing cylinder 1 and has a narrow part 16 at the bottom that projects into the vaporizing/mixing cylinder 11. 17 is a vertically elongated main flame port formed on the peripheral wall of the burner body 15;
7a is a circular auxiliary flame hole formed at the bottom between the main flame holes 17, and 18 is a porous tube such as a wire mesh attached to the inside and outside of the peripheral wall of the burner body 15, and spot welding 18a is performed between each flame hole.
It is fixed to the burner body 15 at L. Reference numeral 19 denotes a rectifier tube disposed in close contact with the grooved hole tube 18 in the peripheral wall of the burner body. Non-porous part 19a,
The upper portion facing the main flame port 17 is a porous portion 19c having a plurality of small holes 19b. 20 is a pressure equalizing plate provided inside the burner body 15, 21 is a double burner cap covered over the upper opening of the burner body 15, 22 is a nut for fixing the double burner cap 21, and 23 is a main flame port. Frame rond provided opposite to one of 17, 24
is a burner case surrounding the vaporizing/mixing cylinder 11. The porous tube 18 installed on the outer periphery of the side wall of the burner body 15 has its lower end covered with the flange portion 11a of the vaporizing tube 11 and its upper end covered with the bent edge 21a of the burner cap 21, so that it is in close contact with the burner body 15. It is gaining support.

The fuel injected inside is vaporized in the vaporization/mixing cylinder 11 which is heated to a high temperature by the sheathed heater 14, and is premixed with combustion air sent into the vaporization/mixing cylinder 11 by a blower or the like. This premixed vaporized gas is transferred to the vaporization and mixing cylinder 1.
While swirling within the burner body 15, it is jetted into the burner body 15 through the narrow part 16 of the burner body 15 and the small hole 20a of the pressure equalizing plate 20, and is ejected from the main flame port 17 and the auxiliary flame port 17a on the outer peripheral wall. When the flame is ignited using an appropriate ignition means, combustion starts and a flame is formed that is in close contact with the outer porous cylinder 18 around the main flame port 17 and the auxiliary flame hole 17a.

It is well-balanced and has excellent stability, and it has a very strong flame-holding ability that is difficult to lift. Furthermore, as the mixed gas path up to the auxiliary flame port 17a is much longer and narrower than before, as shown by arrow A in Figure 3, the flow velocity of the mixed gas toward the auxiliary flame port 17a is significantly reduced, and the auxiliary flame The pilot flame becomes small, the thermal influence on the main flame port 17 is reduced, and the temperature rise in the porous tube located below the main flame port 17 can be significantly reduced.

As a result, the combustion range can be made even wider.

Detection over time is also accurate with little variation. Moreover, since the premixed gas ejected from each main flame port 17 is uniformly dispersed at the time of ignition, the ignition test can be performed quickly.
