Claims (1)
- 洗浄槽内に配設された洗浄ノズルと、この洗浄
ノズルに洗浄水を循環供給すると共に、排水時に
は洗浄水を排水路を介して排水する洗浄兼排水ポ
ンプと、このポンプの吸込側に配設されたフイル
ターと、上記洗浄兼排水ポンプの駆動電流を測定
する電流測定手段と、測定電流が基準的な過少電
流以下となるのを比較する電流比較部と、この比
較部出力に基づいてエアーかみ発生を知らせる手
段とを備えた食品洗浄機。
