Claims (1)
- 洗浄液を溜めておくタンクと、このタンク内の
洗浄液を洗浄槽内に汲み上げるポンプと、洗浄槽
内の液面が所定液面をこえたとき、そのオーバー
分の洗浄液をタンクへ戻すオーバーフロー管とに
より洗浄液の循環路を形成するとともに、洗浄後
、上記洗浄槽内の洗浄液をタンクへ戻す水抜き機
構と温風を洗浄槽内に供給して被洗浄物を乾燥さ
せる乾燥機構とを備えたことを特徴とする超音波
洗浄機。
