Claims (1)
- 真空気密容器内に設けたフイラメントより放出
される熱電子を陽極基板上に塗布した蛍光体セグ
メントにグリツドによつて加速制御して衝突させ
発光表示を行う蛍光表示管において、メツシユ状
に形成された一枚からなるグリツド支持板の表面
を絶縁膜でおおい、その上に電気的に独立した複
数のグリツドを設けたことを特徴とする蛍光表示
管。
