Claims (1)
- 商用周波数よりも高い周波数で動作する周波数
変換器１０を１次巻線６ａに接続するとともに、
高圧２次巻線６ｂを高圧整流素子１１と高圧コン
デンサ素子１２からなる整流回路を介してマグネ
トロン１３のアノードに、ヒータ巻線６ｃをマグ
ネトロン１３のカソード１３ａに各接続する昇圧
トランス６において、ヒータ巻線６ｃを絶縁バリ
ヤ１５と絶縁蓋１６により収納し、ヒータ巻線６
ｃの引出し口においては１次巻線６ａとの間に絶
縁壁１７を設け、さらに絶縁壁１７の一部に固定
用凸部１８を設け、この固定用凸部１８にヒータ
巻線６ｃの引出し部を結束バンド１９で固定した
ことを特長とする高周波加熱装置。
