Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve operation efficiency of an adding machine by performing test measurement of a material to be added, establishing a relation between operated values of an adding machine and measured values, then performing adding to each vessel. CONSTITUTION:A piston 10a of an adding machine 2 is slid toward a direction B by each predetermined amt. in accordance with a scale marked on a cylinder section 10. The amts. of a material to be added are measured at several points with an electronic balance 22, and a reaction between an operated added value of the adding machine 2 and measured values is expressed in a graph in a control unit 24, and an amt. of an added liquid 4 basing on each liquid 14 in each pot 12, to which the liquid 4 is to be added, is set basing on the established relation, respectively. The piston 10a of the adding machine 2 is slid by each specified degree at above each pot 12 basing on each set value for adding, and each specified amt. of the liquid 4 is dropped to each pot 12. Thus, good or inferior articles can be selected.

(Prior Art) Conventionally, as a method of sequentially adding predetermined amounts of additives to multiple containers, a measuring device is attached to each container, and the additives are added from an adding machine and weighed, and the measured value is calculated. The method is to stop adding when the amount reaches the above specified amount, or to place each container on a measuring device one by one and weigh it while adding the additive from the addition machine, and when the measured value reaches the above specified amount. Methods for terminating addition are known, and these methods are designed to ensure accuracy in the amount of additive added.

(Problem to be Solved by the Invention) However, in the former method, it is necessary to attach a measuring device to each container, so when the number of containers increases, a corresponding measuring device is required, which increases the cost. In this method, each container must be placed on a measuring device one after another, so the efficiency of the addition work is inferior. Also, in both methods, the addition work is done while weighing, so the addition speed must be increased above a certain value. I can't. Furthermore, during the addition process, it is often necessary to add the additive while stirring the material to be added in each container, but in such cases, the above conventional method does not perform the stirring operation. This causes noise during measurement, making it impossible to add a predetermined amount with high precision. In this case, a method of applying an electric filter to reduce noise may be considered, but it would take a long time to add and measure.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The method for ensuring the amount added in an addition machine according to the present invention aims to achieve the above object by performing test measurements before and after addition work. That is, it is a method for guaranteeing the accuracy of the amount of the additive added in an additive machine that sequentially adds predetermined amounts of the additive to a plurality of containers, and the method includes adding the additive to a test container and checking the amount of the additive added. After performing test weighing to determine the relationship between the addition operation amount by the addition machine and the measured value, the additive is added to each of the containers based on this relationship, and then the test measurement is performed again. It is characterized by this.

(Function) As shown in the above configuration, additives are added to each container based on the results of test weighing in advance to determine the relationship between the amount of addition operation by the addition machine and the measured value. There is no need to measure during the addition operation, and therefore the addition operation can be carried out at low cost and extremely efficiently. Further, even if the addition operation is performed while stirring, the accuracy of the amount added is not affected by the stirring, and high accuracy can be maintained. Furthermore, since the test measurement is performed again after the addition operation is completed, it is possible to confirm that a predetermined amount has been added, and it is also possible to take appropriate countermeasures against abnormalities that occur during the addition operation.

At a position in front of the pot 12 in the moving direction of the addition machine 2, a test weighing pot 20 serving as a test container is mounted on an electronic balance 2.
It is placed on 2. The measured value from the electronic balance 22 is input to the control unit 24, and the control unit 24 sets the amount of sliding of the piston 10a of the addition machine 2 during addition based on this input signal.

That is, the addition machine 2 moves in the direction of arrow A in the figure and adds a predetermined amount of additive liquid to each pot 12 (sometimes it is common to each pot, sometimes it is different for each pot), Prior to this addition, first, it is added to the test weighing bot 20. This addition operation to the test weighing bot 20 is performed by sliding the piston 10a of the addition machine 2 in the direction of arrow B in the figure by a predetermined amount (for example, according to the scale marked on the cylinder part 10). Then, this is weighed at several points using the electronic balance 22, and the relationship between this measured value and the amount of addition operation by the addition machine 2 is determined by the control unit 22.
is obtained as a graph of line approximation, and based on this relationship, the amount of the additive liquid 4 to be added to the liquid to be added 14 of each bot 12 is set.

According to the addition amount set in this way, the addition machine 2 causes the piston 10a to slide by a predetermined amount above each bot 12 to drop a predetermined amount of the additive liquid 4 onto each bot 12. Through this addition operation, it is possible to add a predetermined amount of the additive liquid 4 to the liquid to be added 14 of each bot 12.
Since it is possible that an abnormality may occur in the addition machine 2 during the addition operation (for example, a decrease in the sealing performance between the piston lOa and the cylinder in the cylinder section 10), try again after the addition operation to all the bots 12 is completed. , the additive 4 is added to the test weighing bot 20 and the amount of the additive 4 added is measured.

Thereby, it is possible to prevent the bot 12 to which addition has been made in a state where an abnormality has occurred from being carried into the subsequent process. In this case, since there may be bots 12 in which the amount added is appropriate, the viscosity, specific gravity, etc. of each bot 12 may be measured to discriminate between good products and defective products.
