Claims (1)
- ヒータエレメント１をコイル状に形成し、この
エレメント１を、組合せたエレメント保持用ピー
ス２により保持し、ヒータエレメント１の外周を
断熱材３により絶縁してなる半導体製造装置用縦
形ヒータにおいて、エレメント保持治具である組
合せエレメント保持用ピース２をヒータ中央部よ
り両端部に数多く配置せしめてなる半導体製造装
置用縦形ヒータ。
