Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 略帯状にベースフイルムを設けこのベースフイ
ルムに長手方向に添つて導電部を設けこの導電部
を絶縁性の保護膜で覆つて絶縁性フイルムを構成
し、この絶縁性フイルムを隣り合う螺旋段部が軸
方向にずれて配置されるべく巻き付けてアクチユ
エータ本体を構成し、 このアクチユエータ本体を複数互いの軸方向を
平行に並設し、 この複数のアクチユエータ本体のそれぞれの導
電部に、隣接するアクチユエータ本体同士がそれ
ぞれ形成する磁束の方向を互いのアクチユエータ
本体内部で一致するよう通電したことを特徴とす
る電磁気アクチユエータ。
