Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ ガラス基板の上に、透明電極と、第１の絶縁
層と、発光層と、第２の絶縁層と、背面電極とを
順次積層した薄膜ＥＬ素子において、 前記背面電極と第２の絶縁層との間に半黒色絶
縁膜を形成し、背面電極は前記半黒色絶縁膜上に
形成したクロム薄膜とこのクロム薄膜の上に形成
したアルミニウム薄膜とで構成したことを特徴と
する薄膜ＥＬ素子の構造。 ２ 半黒色絶縁膜は五酸化タンタルまたは二酸化
珪素の酸素欠乏膜（Ｔａ２Ｏ５−ｘまたはＳｉＯ
２−ｘ）であることを特徴とする請求項１記載の
薄膜ＥＬ素子の構造。
