Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 電磁石的に操作される制御弁であつて、ばね
    部材２０，２１によつて弾性的に上記制御弁のケ
    ーシング１０に懸架された可動子１９が設けられ
    ており、この可動子１９により操作される、圧力
    媒体を制御するためのピストン３１が設けられて
    おり、このピストン３１が、コイルばね１６によ
    つて液圧とは反対方向に負荷されており、かつ弁
    ケーシング１１の孔３０Ａ内で滑動する形式のも
    のにおいて、ばね部材及び可動子軸受けが２つの
    ダイヤフラムばね２０，２１から形成されており
    、これらダイヤフラムばね２０，２１がそれぞれ
    可動子１９の各側に当接しており、ピストン３１
    が上記可動子１９に対してルーズに案内されてお
    り、上記ピストン３１と弁ケーシング１１とが同
    じ材料から形成されていることを特徴とする、電
    磁石的に操作される制御弁。 ２ ピストン３１の長さがその直径に比べて極め
    て大きく形成されており、上記ピストン３１が、
    このピストン３１をも受容する段状孔３０によつ
    て形成された平らな弁座３２に当接することを特
    徴とする請求項１記載の弁。 ３ ピストン３１へ作用する軸１８が、可動子１
    ９の中央の孔２４内に支承されていることを特徴
    とする請求項１又は２記載の弁。 ４ 可動子１９及びダイヤフラムばね２０，２１
    が、軸１８に形成された突起１８Ｂによつて軸１
    ８のフランジ１８Ａに圧着されていることを特徴
    とする請求項１から３までのいずれか１項記載の
    弁。
