ために、そのフィルムに紙を積Ml接着させることは知
られている。しかし、フィルムに単に一般の和紙や洋紙
を積層接着させただけのものではカールを生じたり、イ
ンクのニジミを生じたり、筆記性に劣る等の欠点があり
、未だ満足し得るものではない。特開昭56−8495
4号公報によれば、フィルムに坪量5〜L5g/rdの
紙繊維層を接着させたものが提案されている。このもの
は、その繊維)tjが非常にうすいために、透明性にす
ぐれる等の合成樹脂フィルムの特性を備えたものではあ
るが、逆にその筆記性においては紙よりも劣るという問
題がある上、表面に繊維の毛羽立ちが大きいためにイン
クのニジミが生じる他、鉛筆の筆記性に劣る等の欠点が
ある。
(発明の課題) 本発明は、カールを生じず、かつ筆記性にすぐれるとと
もに、インクのニジミのないフィルム/紙積層物を提供
することをその課題とする。
(課題を解決するための手段) 本発明者らは、前記課題を解決すべく鋭意研究を重ねた
結果、特定の表面平滑度が得られるように薄葉紙をフィ
ルムの両面に積層接着させることによりその課題を解決
し得ることを見出し、本発明を完成するに到った。
即ち、本発明によれば1合成樹脂フィルムの両面に薄葉
紙を積層接着させたものからなり、該フィルム上に積J
ffされた表面層を形成する薄葉紙の表面のベック平滑
度が60〜1.20秒であることを特徴とする合成樹脂
フィルム/紙積層物が提供される。
本発明で用いる合成樹脂フィルムとしては、例えば、ポ
リ塩化ビニル、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリス
チレン、ポリアミド、ポリエステル、ポリカーボネート
、ポリイミド等の各種の高分子から形成されたフィルム
を用いることができる。その厚さは、製品の用途によっ
て選ぶが、般には12〜30.程度である。
本発明で用いる薄葉紙は、洋紙類に属する紙で、ベック
平滑度(JIS P8119)が60〜120秒、好ま
しくは80〜200秒のものである。また、この薄葉紙
は、密度:O,B−1g/ff1.好ましくは0.82
〜0.9g/aJ、サイズ20.5〜1.5秒、好まし
くは0.9〜1秒を有するものである。また、その厚さ
は一般には、20〜25℃1mである。
本発明のフィルム/紙積層物は、合成樹脂フィルムの両
面に、前記した特定の薄葉紙を積層接着する。:とによ
り製造されるが、この場合、得られる積層物の表面層を
形成する薄葉紙のベック平滑度を、60〜120秒、好
ましくは80〜100秒になるように調節する。合成樹
脂フィルムに薄葉紙を積層接着する場合、積層された薄
葉紙のベック平滑度は。
積層条件の影響で積層前の薄葉紙のベック平滑度よりも
小さくなる傾向を示す、従って1本発明では、高品質の
製品を得るためには、積層物の表面層を形成する薄葉紙
のベック平滑度を前記範囲に保持することが重要である
。一般には、前記した特定の薄葉紙を合成樹脂フィルム
に積層接着させることにより、目的の製品を得ることが
できる。
合成樹脂フィルムと薄葉紙との接着を行うための接着剤
としては、慣用の接着剤が用いられるが、耐水性の製品
を得るには、硬化型のものの使用が好ましい、このよう
な硬化型接着剤としては、フェノール系、エポキシ系、
アクリル系等のものが挙げられるが、ウレタン系接着剤
の使用が好ましい。ウレタン系接着剤としては、1液型
及び2液型のものが知られているが、本発明ではそのい
ずれも使用可能である。このようなウレタン系接着剤を
用いる時には、得られるフィルム/紙積層物は、良好な
耐水性を有するとともに、すぐれたラミネート強度を有
する。
(発明の効果) 本発明の合成樹脂フィルム/紙積層物は、カール性は殆
どなく、また、印刷性、記録性、筆記性にすぐれたもの
で、インクで書いた時にインクのニジミのないものであ
る。しかも、適度の平滑性及び鉛筆摩耗度を有する上、
クマ手状繊維のかたまりもなく、スジ模様もないので、
鉛筆で書いた時に、均一な線幅が得られるとともに、そ
の書き味にすぐれている。
本発明の合成樹脂フィルム/紙積層物は、トレー・シン
グベーバ、コンピュータや測定機、プリンター等の記録
紙として広く利用される他、電子写真用の複写用紙等と
しても利用される。
(実施例) 次に本発明を実施例によりざらに詳細に説明する。
実施例1 合成樹脂フィルムとしてポリエステルフィルム(厚さ1
6μm、ヘイズ4%以下)を用いた6また。薄葉紙とし
て、厚さ23μ欄、坪量21.5g#yr、密度0.8
8g/−1水分7.0%以下、ベック平滑度:表面:8
0〜1.20秒。
裏面=100〜150100ル150 いた。
前記合成樹脂フィルムに、2液硬化型のウレタン系接着
剤を5 ドライ膜厚が3.5g/rrrどなるように塗
布し、その七に前記薄葉紙をその裏面がフィルムに接触
するように重ね,この状態において、10〜35℃の条
件で4−5日間放置して2フィルム7紙積層物を得た。
比較例1 実施例1において、薄葉紙として、ベック平滑度が1表
面=50〜55秒,裏面:60−70秒の同種の紙を用
いた以外は同様にしてフィルム/紙積層物を得た。
比較例2 実施例1において、薄葉紙として、ベック平滑度が1表
面:125〜140秒、裏面:130〜150秒の同種
の紙を用いた以外は同様にしてフィルム/紙積層物を得
た。
比較例3 実施例1において、通常の和紙(ベック平滑度、表面:
30〜40秒、裏面=40〜50秒)を用いた以外は同
様にしてフィルム/紙積層物を得た。
次に、前記のようにして得た各フィルム1紙積層物につ
いて、以下のようにして、そのカール性及び筆記性(イ
ンク、鉛筆、ボールペン)をそれぞれ試験した。その結
果を表−1に示す。
(カール性) A−4版の寸法のサンプルを、温度20℃、相対湿度6
0%の雰囲気中に1時間放置した時に1両サイドの立上
りの高さが水平面から2cm以下のものを良とした。
(筆記性) (1)インク、ボールペン 筆記した画線のニジミ、線幅、線トビの状態をルーパで
i察してその状態を3段階(優、良、可)で評価した。
(2)鉛筆 筆記した時の書き味、消しゴム消去性の他、再加筆性、
カーボンによる汚れ性等を総合的に判定し、3段階(優
、良、可)で評価した。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. (1)合成樹脂フィルムの両面に薄葉紙を積層接着させ
    たものからなり、該フィルム上に積層された表面層を形
    成する薄葉紙の表面のベック平滑度が60〜120秒で
    あることを特徴とする合成樹脂フィルム/紙積層物。
  2. (2)該フィルムと薄葉紙とがウレタン系接着剤で接着
    されている請求項1の積層物。
