- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 入力光を受けてこれに対応した電流を発生する
光・電流変換部、その利得が複数段階に可変でき
前記光・電流変換部の出力が与えられる電流・電
圧変換部、この電流・電圧変換部の出力を監視す
るコンパレート部、その利得が複数段階に可変で
き前記電流・電圧変換部の出力が与えられる可変
利得増幅部、この可変利得増幅部の出力をデイジ
タル信号に変換するアナログ・デイジタル変換部
、このアナログ・デイジタル変換部の出力と前記
コンパレート部の出力が与えられる演算制御部、
及びこの演算制御部の出力データを表示するデイ
ジタル表示部を具備し、 前記電流・電圧変換部の利得が不適性の場合に
可変利得増幅部の利得を最少にすると共に電流・
電圧変換部の利得を１ステツプずつ変化させて適
正な利得を得たのち、前記アナログ・デイジタル
変換器の出力データから可変利得増幅部の適正な
利得を前記演算制御部で演算により求めるように
構成したオートレンジ手段を有する光パワーメー
タ。
